REGISTRATION TO PRE SCHOOL

A child is eligible this year if he/she fulfils the following conditions:-

· The child should be 3 years of age as on March 31st, of the session year

o PLEASE NOTE THAT:-

o No enquiries regarding admission will be entertained after the Final List of selected candidates is announced.

o Filling and submission of Form / Confirmation does not Guarantee Admission.

O IMPORTANT:

o Incomplete / incorrect Forms / Applications will be rejected.

o Do not fill more than 1 (one) form else child's candidature will be cancelled.

LIST OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION OF FORM (ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY OF NO. 3 TO 9)

1. Affix recent Passport size, coloured photograph of the Child, Father and Mother on the form.

2. Proof to validate First born child (Affidavit on Rs.10/- Stamp Paper). (Click here for reference)

3. Birth Certificate of Child issued by MCD/NDMC

4. Proof of Residence - Attested Photocopy of Parent(s’) Ration Card, Voter’s Identity Card, Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Passport, Gas connection receipt, Driving License, Bank passbook’s first page having account holder’s details, Aadhar Card(Any two).

5. Proof of Alumni of DAV Sreshtha Vihar i.e. Photocopy of class XII Certificate.

6. Proof to validate child with special medical needs.

7. Proof to validate Sibling Application (copy of last Fee Bill or I-Card or Report Card).

8. Parents' Identity Card issued from the work place (if available).

NOTE:- FOR REGISTRATION UNDER EWS CATEGORY COLLECT THE REGISTRATION FORM SCHOOL RECEIPTION.
